This week I want to show off all the fabulous clothing, flowers, makeup, accessories, furnishings and jewelry in the boutiques that are celebrating the National Pantone Color of the Year: Tangerine/Orange/Coral.  I truly love this color personally and I know sometimes it doesn’t look good on everyone, however, find your “variation” … like Coral.  I don’t know who doesn’t look good in Coral.  Welcome to MONDAY IS TANGERINE ME.  (You can probably guess what tomorrow’s title will be?)
I can envision these chairs from Luxe Objects, in a neutral room and BAM, have a seat my dear. Â The lamp and “monkey” pillows give the look a little whimsy as well. I know the person who make these their own has a fun personality.
This blouse from It’s All About Moi reminds me of looking the part in Cabo San Lucas. Â Pair with a pair of white shorts, skinny jeans, capri’s or leggings and you have “popping” outfit.
One of the best ways to showcase any color, is on your nails. If you work in a conservative environment, give a little warmth to your day by coating your nails with OPI “A Good Mandarin is Hard to Find” or China Glaze “Pure Torture.” Alternative choices for fashionistas who want to sport the Tangerine Orange trend and want to find the right bright orange to compliment their skin tone: “A Good Mandarin is hard to find,” “Monsooner or Later,” “Red lights Ahead…Where?” “Cajun Shrimp” all by OPI.  Thank you Polished Nails for the choices!
Brighten up a corner or bring sunshine into your home with a topiary from Morrison’s Floral and Greenhouses. Â I love all the variations in this one. Â This is so Spring! Â The greenery makes the colors pop even more.
