For me, I use pencil liners when I want a smudgy look, but liquid eyeliner everytime for that precise liner look. We can all use a “amp up” for the fall and winter doldrums with an unexpected pop of color. Don’t be afraid to try this season’s chromatic eyeliners.
Balliet’s, The Makeup Bar, Sooo Lilly to name a few, carry lots of skin care and makeup. At this posting, I couldn’t really find any of the local stores that were emphasizing the chrome or metallic look. I’m sure if you drop by, they can help as well. I typically don’t promote shopping outside of “local only” but sometime you have to if the locals aren’t “popping” the trend.
